Independent core implemented: PDO configuration, locked installer, schema migration, password-hashed administrator login, CSRF and session controls, network-bucket login limiting, responsive light/dark dashboard, authenticated health screen and CLI maintenance. Shared viewport-triggered counters and progressive sample line reveal include reduced-motion support. Demo statistics are explicitly labeled and never persisted.

Activity aggregation, provider adapters, complete chart families, embedding, CSV reports and backup utilities are future numbered deliveries. Navigation explicitly identifies unimplemented modules.
